Senior Vice President of Operations
James Liow is the Senior Vice President of Operations at OmniOn Power, having joined the company in May 2026. He brings more than 30 years of global operations leadership experience across large, multi-site manufacturing and supply chain organizations in North America and Asia. His expertise includes operational excellence, scaling complex operations, post-merger integration, and building high-performance teams in highly regulated and customer-driven environments.
James’ leadership experience spans electronics manufacturing, aftermarket services, reverse logistics, and circular economy operations. Prior to joining OmniOn Power, he served as Chief Operating Officer at California Electronic Asset Recovery (CEAR), where he led operational and digital improvement initiatives that enhanced recovery yield, strengthened compliance, and increased profitability.
He has also held senior leadership roles at Reconext, NEOTech, and Solectron, overseeing global operations, merger and acquisition integration, enterprise process standardization, and operational scaling initiatives across multiple regions and business units.
James holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
